Shipping

Shipping and returns are FREE to the 48 contiguous United States.  Additional shipping costs will be calculated at time of purchase for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international countries (including Canada). Return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds for returns from locations outside of the 48 contiguous United States.
